Hump Day Rest & Reset

A longer, deeply restorative midweek session designed to help the body and nervous system fully unwind.

Classes combine slow, breath-led movement (drawing on yoga and Qi Gong), cleansing and calming breathing practices, and a guided body scan. The emphasis is on releasing accumulated tension, supporting the body’s natural capacity for rest and repair, and allowing the mind to settle without effort.

Start the Weekend Right

Fridays · 7:30–8:00am (UK time)

A shorter, focused session to help you transition into the weekend feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.

The class begins with a brief period of gentle, seated movement, followed by breathwork practices to balance and calm the nervous system, and finishes with a short sitting meditation. This session is designed to release the residue of the week and support a more settled and intentional start to the weekend.
